What is a mounter sensor? Let me introduce you
1. Place the head to place the pressure sensor
Some imported brands do not have the placement pressure of placement head. This is unique to the (ASM) Siemens chip mounter. The placement head has a pressure sensor. The placement head will adjust the placement pressure according to the slight deformation and curvature of the circuit board, so that the installed components can be better installed on the circuit board without bending, resulting in high voltage,

2. Negative pressure sensor
The mounter must be able to pick up and install components, mainly as a negative pressure sensor. When a component needs to be picked up, move the pick pressure to the corresponding pad position through the X/Y axis and Z axis, and then connect the component to the PCB through the negative pressure sensor.
3. Position sensor
There are many position sensors on the mounter, mainly the inlet sensor/outlet position When SPI detection is completed, but the placement machine has not been installed, the position sensor will not flow into the placement work area Of course, the most important thing is that the position sensor is located on the placement head, which will identify the X/Y/Z axis and PCB working area, and will not move the placement head to other placement working areas, so that the placement head can be placed smoothly in the designated working area, where it can pick and place components
4. Image sensor
The image sensor is a part of the whole placement head vision recognition system. The image sensor is a physical hardware part. It recognizes the size and contour of different components according to the recognition and illumination of the camera, and then different straws suck different components into the designated PCB pad. Position placement.
Edit the placement program of the placement machine
In the SMT processing plant, the SMT machine is the most important equipment. The SMT machine needs to be programmed for editing, so that it can absorb components according to the program we set. Design and edit the installer., This is also conducive to increasing the chip capacity of the placement machine.
The sequence and requirements for editing the placement program of the placement machine are as follows:
(1) Set the placement component program, which specifies the location of components placed on PCB. Patch data includes component model, tag number, X coordinate, Y coordinate, placement depth, etc. Before mass production, the program must be designed according to the BOM provided by the customer.
(2) Benchmark data. It includes marker points, coordinates, colors, brightness, etc. The camera with the head placed first searches for the reference. After finding the reference point, the camera reads its coordinate position and sends it to the placement system for data analysis. The computer gives instructions and is controlled by the placement system. Move the placement head to achieve accurate PCB positioning
(3) Assembly database Assembly size, pin number, pin spacing and corresponding nozzle type.
(4) FEEDAR organizes the data. Feeder arrangement data specifies the placement position on the selected feeder and placement machine trolley for the component
