What is the thermal design in PCB processing? What aspects do we need to know about this problem? Thermocouple temperature measurement has a very wide range of applICations, and the problems encountered are also diverse. Thermocouple is still one of the main means of temperature measurement in many industries, especially in steel making and petrochEMIcal industries. However, with the development of electronics, resistance thermometers are more and more widely used in industry. Thermocouples are no longer the only important industrial thermometers.

The practical application of thermoelectricity is, of course, to measure temperature using thermocouples. The complex relationship between electron energy and scattering makes the thermoelectric potentials of different metals different from each other. Since the thermocouple is such a device, the difference of the thermoelectric potential between its two electrodes is an indication of the temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end of the thermocouple. If the thermoelectric potential of all metals and alloys is different, it is impossible to use thermocouples to measure the temperature.

1: Create a package that is not in the package library. Before designing a PCB board drawing, if a component in the schematic diagram cannot find a packaging model in the packaging library, you need to use the component packaging model editor to create a new one. To ensure that the packaging models of the components used are complete in the packaging library (can be multiple library files), you can ensure the smooth progress of PCB design.

2: Set PCB drawing design parameters. Set the number of layers, size, color, etc. of PCB according to the requirements of circuit system design.

3: Load the network table. Load the network table generated by the schematic diagram, and automatically load the component packaging model into the PCB design window.

4: Layout. The method of combining automatic layout with manual layout can be used to place the component packaging model in an appropriate position within the PCB planning range, that is, to make the component layout neat, beautiful and conducive to PCB routing.

5: Wiring. Set the routing design rules and start automatic routing. If the routing is not completely successful, you can manually adjust it.

6: Design rule check. Check the design planning of the designed PCB board (check whether the components overlap, whether the network is short circuited, etc.), and modify according to the error report if there are errors.

7: pcb board proofing SIMulation analysis. Simulate and analyze the signal processing of PCB, mainly analyze the influence of PCB layout and routing on each parameter, so as to improve and modify.

8: Save the output. The designed PCB drawing can be saved, printed in layers, and output PCB design files.
