Solder Paste Printing

Kingford uses Stech automatic solder paste machine for automatic detection. The minimum detection component can reach 001005. The detection items include volume, area, height, offset, etc.

Surface mount

With newly imported Yamaha solder paste printing, the minimum size that can be mounted is 01005, and the mounting accuracy can reach ±0.025mm.

Nitrogen reflow soldering

Kingford is equipped with ten temperature zones for nitrogen reflow soldering, 10 temperature zones for upper and lower temperature zones, the temperature is -300°C, and the precise temperature zone is ±0.1°C.

AOI detection

Equipped with online AOI, it mainly detects problems such as errors, leaks, reverse leaks, partial leaks, tombstones, and damage.

First article inspection
